POWER YOGA CLASSES-12TH OCTOBER!

I'm holding 2 Power Yoga classes on the 12th October at the Newmarket Leisure Centre.1.45pm-2.45 pm and 8pm-9.15pm.
I am also holding a class at Mildenhall Lesiure Centre on Saturday, 15th October at 10a.m.

Hi everyone , I'm holding a FREE POWER YOGA CLASS on the 28th September 7pm-8pm at The Missing Sock restaurant http://www.themissingsock.co.uk/
We will all receive a FREE SMOOTHIE afterwards and the theme night will be raw food, totally healthy!!
