It has been so long since my last blog because I have been so busy with my studies! I'm halfway through them now and come Septemeber I will be a fully qualified Personal Trainer!!
I have 2 POWER YOGA CLASSES coming up that are being held at the Mildenhall Leisure Centre, Bury road, Mildenhall. Please call 01638 717737 for bookings. They will be on the 11th August and 18th August at 6-7pm. Hope to see you there!
